It’s getting to that time of year where every penny counts, especially if you’re in the middle of a renovation project. Everyone is desperate to finish their extensions, kitchens, bathrooms, downstairs loo, last little finishing touches before family and friends descend for Christmas. To help out, we’ve decided to hold a two week ‘Flash Sale’, so you can get the tiles you love for an even better price!

Since we launched this porcelain, it has become one of our most popular tiles. The Polvere Ivory has been cleverly designed to recreate the soft ivory, grey tones of a French Limestone and the tiles have a distressed edge to give the illusion of an aged stone. There is variation in tone and colour throughout the tiles, as well as speckling and subtle detail to further the impression of a natural stone. The Opus Pattern has been discounted to just £35 per sqm (normally £38 per sqm).

If you like the look of black slate, but want something with a little more texture, then the Rough Black Limestone is a great alternative. The dark tones look fab contrasted with a light grout or look equally good with dark grout for a more seamless finish. Normally £28 per sqm, the Rough Black has been discounted to just £25 per sqm – a bargain for a limestone floor!
A beautiful wood effect porcelain, this has long been a favourite with our customers. The textured surface and beautiful shades of fawn and tan with highlights of ivory, ash grey and dark brown, make this tile hard to distinguish from real wood. The replica knot and grain detail help further the illusion of a wood plank. The Aged Oak is super practical and great for kitchens and bathrooms, and can be used on both walls and floors (in fact, two of our team here at FoS have it in their bathrooms!), it also works well with underfloor heating and can be used externally – a great all-rounder! It has been reduced to only £40 per sqm, from £45 per sqm.
Full of rich red, purple and copper tones, the Peacock Slate is great for those who want a dark floor, but also want something with warmth and personality. Within the stone you can also find hues of gold, yellow and turquoise, making this diverse slate a real feature floor. The Peacock Slate has been discounted by £5 per sqm, and is now only £26 per sqm.
Finally, our Basalt Porcelain. This is on a super special offer, as it’s being discontinued, so you can grab a real bargain. Originally priced at £25 per sqm, we have it on a clearance offer of just £16 per sqm! It’s been designed to mimic the dark, graphite tones of Basalt and the tiles are full of replica vein and quartz detail. There is a subtle shimmer to the tiles and a texture to the surface, making them ideal for kitchens and bathrooms.
