Now, it\u2019s not everyday that I have chicken and halloumi sitting aimlessly in the fridge but on this occasion, I did. These are two of my favourite ingredients, not usually combined, but this delightful, little Donna Hay recipe popped up and it comes highly recommended. Place the chicken, halloumi, zest and lemon thyme in a ceramic baking dish. Combine the oil and honey and pour over.
