They are well known in Budapest and there\u2019s four or five located within the area. We decided on the <em>Sz\u00e9chenyi Baths<\/em>. Once there, the first thing you have to do is take in the amazing look of the building by walking around the grounds. The sun was out, the pools weren\u2019t too busy and it felt like a great choice of day to be there.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"sharer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Image-3-1.jpg\"><ul id=\"socialshare\"><!--<li class=\"fb\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dialog\/share?app_id=688330137993706&display=popup&href=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/budapest-you-were-the-budabest\/?img=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Image-3-1.jpg\"><\/a><\/li><li class=\"tw\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/budapest-you-were-the-budabest\/&text=Budapest, you were the... Budabest\"><\/a><li>--><li class=\"pt\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/create\/button?&url=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/budapest-you-were-the-budabest\/&media=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Image-3-1.jpg\"><\/a><li><\/ul><\/div><\/p>\n<p>We then decided to visit\u00a0<em>St. Andrea Wine and Skybar<\/em> to have dinner and drinks, enjoying nice food and cocktails whilst taking in the amazing sunset skyline of Budapest.<\/p>\n<p>Budapest is well known for its architecture and stunning landscapes. We knew where we wanted to go as we had pre planned a bit beforehand and there was a little electric bus route that took us where we wanted to go.\u00a0The first place we wanted to explore was <em>Buda Castle. W<\/em>ith such history and value to the city we knew it was top of the list and we were not disappointed in the slightest. The castle itself was stunning in every way, but the views were even better.<\/p>\n<p>The next stop was <em>Matthias Church. <\/em>This is the one I had been looking forward to most. This church in particular was constructed in the Gothic style in the second half of the 14<sup>th<\/sup> Century, which made me love it even more, it was like nothing I had seen before.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"sharer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Image-4-1.jpg\"><ul id=\"socialshare\"><!--<li class=\"fb\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dialog\/share?app_id=688330137993706&display=popup&href=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/budapest-you-were-the-budabest\/?img=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Image-4-1.jpg\"><\/a><\/li><li class=\"tw\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/intent\/tweet?url=https:\/\/www.floorsofstone.com\/blog\/budapest-you-were-the-budabest\/&text=Budapest, you were the... This was the perfect way to spend our last evening in Budapest.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s one of the nicest places I have been lucky enough to visit and would go again in a heartbeat as we feel we had so much left on our list of things to do but didn\u2019t have the time.
