Prague

In the summer, we visited Prague for a city break. It was mid-July, and the weather was well and truly sizzling. Exploring the winding streets was a rather hot experience, fortunately for me, the beer in Prague is nice and cold.

The architecture in Prague is stunning, there are so many interesting buildings to see. A good place to start is the Astronomical Clock, which chimes every hour putting on a show for the hundreds of waiting tourists. Also worth a look is the St, Vitus Cathedral which sits on top of a hill overlooking the river and city. It’s got a very “Game of Thrones” vibe to it.

During our exploring, we tucked into some great street foods. I would highly recommend the sausage and if you have a sweet tooth, the ice cream filled doughnuts are worth the trip alone!

The Lennon wall is a great place to chill and watch some street performers.

Along with some great food and sightseeing, we had some fun in a glow in the dark crazy golf.

All in all a great trip and Prague is somewhere I would highly recommend visiting.
