Pretty Pink Pants

23rd March 2016

By Emily Thompson

Let’s be honest, underwear is pretty important. Whether it’s Bridget Jones style “granny” pants or frilly French knickers – you know which are your favourite and comfiest pair. Thanks to our sister company The Pink Pantaloon Co. you can experience comfort and style simultaneously! I bet you never thought you’d read anything about knickers on a Floors of Stone blog but it’s not only kitchens, flooring, gifts and antiques that we focus on here at Cotes Mill – we also have a passion for fashion, especially in the underwear department.

The Pink Pantaloon Co. was created by accident when designs for blast-proof underwear, to protect important bits from exploding IEDs, took on a new imaginative journey and resulted in the design of pink, silky pants.  What a transformation! This beautiful collection of luxurious lingerie is handmade with the most gorgeous dusky pink washed silk and we absolutely love it. From the stunning Zoë Playsuit to the simply sexy Amelie French Knickers – they are a perfect addition for those who seek effortless style, comfort and a bit of luxury.

As well as the seven styles of women’s underwear there are three styles of men’s shorts – from fitted shorts to the classic George Pantaloon. Any piece from the lingerie collection is a perfect gift for that special someone or a fab treat for yourself. All of the underwear is made to order and if your size is not listed then make sure to contact enquiries@pinkpantaloon.com and they will do their very best to tailor your order to your needs.

The Pink Pantaloon Co. has recently added a new vintage clothing collection to their range. Keeping in line with the sumptuous, dusky pink tones of the pants, they have reclaimed classic vintage clothes and given them a new lease of life. Including designer pieces from Stella McCartney and Dolce and Gabbana, The Pink Pantaloon Co. have an eclectic range of clothing to brighten up any wardrobe.

For fellow underwear and fashion enthusiasts The Pink Pantaloon Co. are definitely ones to watch for the future. Their photo shoots are stunning – with a recent photo shoot taking place in the retro Barber Streisand (such a cool name!) in Exmouth Market. They also have a great blog covering fashion, style, technology and all things pink! It’s a fantastic platform to get some fashion inspiration so definitely check out their blog for some great tips and advice – http://www.pinkpantaloon.com/blog/
