Tumbled Antiqued Ash Limestone

7th August 2015

At Floors of Stone we eagerly await any opportunity to have a sneak peek at a customer’s finished project and Lynnic Associates’ Dutch barn conversion was no exception.  Currently developing 6 barns and a cottage close to Chesterfield, Lynnic Associates chose to use our beautiful Tumbled Antiqued Ash Limestone throughout the living, lounge and kitchen area in their flawlessly renovated Dutch barn project.

They also plan to continue the tiles through to the external areas around the barn, as well as in their other developments.

I am sure you will agree, whilst the Tumbled Antiqued Ash Limestone tiles have an aged, traditional appearance, they still fit perfectly against and complement the modern interior of the near completed Dutch barn.

Tumbled Antiqued Ash Limestone is a personal favourite of ours at Floors of Stone, so much so, these flagstone tiles were chosen for the entrance to our showroom at Cotes Mill. The tiles have a consistent grey colour with blue undertones, and are available in both the grand opus pattern and free length format. They have an antiqued finish accompanied by tumbled edges to give an overall time-worn appearance.

Customers can often wrongly perceive limestone to just be a pale, chalky colour, but in reality our selection of limestone tiles at Floors of Stone offer a large variety of colours, sizes and finishes to suit all types of interiors.

Our limestone range is available in a variety of formats with large flagstones, with an aged finish and tumbled edges, proving hugely popular for those seeking a traditional flagstone floor which looks centuries old. We also sell sleek, honed tiles with a square edge for those seeking an ultra-modern, contemporary look.
