Premium Classic Travertine is a popular choice for those seeking a stone floor with warm, neutral tones to complement a mix of natural colourings. Premium Classic Travertine is a honed and filled travertine which means naturally occurring holes have been filled with resin to create a smooth, matt tile (this tile requires less filler than our Classic Travertine). The Premium Classic Travertine is available in a number of sizes allowing you to choose a size to suit your project, smaller tiles such as the 305x305mm and 457x305mm are well suited to smaller rooms including bathrooms and can be used on both floors and walls, whilst the larger 610x406mm tiles or the Opus pattern is more suited to larger areas. We also offer a selection of travertine mosaics in tumbled and polished varieties which work well as a contrasting finish to create a feature in a wetroom or as a complementary splash back. Our blog on the Premium Classic Travertine has more pictures of the tiles laid against a deVOL Kitchen.

Travertine is a hugely popular and affordable choice for those seeking a natural stone floor. It is versatile and is available in a range of finishes from honed and filled, to tumbled, polished or brushed and chipped. Travertine is a type of limestone, formed in hot springs and rivers and has been used in buildings for thousands of years making it a timeless classic.
